Founder - John Hartman
John is a Fraction CMO with over 15 years of digital marketing experience across strategy, design, social and paid media. John started his career at Accenture, worked at numerous start-ups and was President and co-owner of Piston which was named the iMedia Small Agency of the Year three years in a row. Piston was acquired in 2015 and John was named the iMedia Agency Marketer of the Year in 2016. John was also the CMO of Ando, one of the first sustainable fintech companies and was awarded a Fast Company Innovation by Design Finalist Award. He also founded SkillPower which is a whole-person health platform that works with both the Air Force and Army.

Sean spent seven years as the Global Sustainability lead at Intuit and recently served as the Director of Environmental Sustainability at ServiceNow. Sean is an expert on reducing greenhouse gases, carbon offset credits, and developing partnerships between sustainable companies to achieve greater results.
